The indemnity should be carried out by the man agers and the shareholders of these asbestos companies.At the same time, considering the massive amount of lawsuits against these companies that drove chisel them to bankruptcy, a legal limit should be imposed on the amount of lawsuits that should be settled against them. For these companies to pay, they have to continue operating to make a return in which an agreed amount would be set aside and allocated for payment of lawsuits.
